Portland Brewing was acquired in 2004 by Pyramid Brewing of Seattle, WA.
Over the next few years Portland Brewing coasters were typically issued using the Pyramid Brewing name.
In 2013 the company did a major rebranding, and their advertising again showed the Portland Brewing name.
